Review: ON JUNE [redacted] I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO RENT OUT A HUMMER LIMO. I SPOKE TO [redacted] AND PROCEEDED TO TELL HER I NEEDED THE SERVICE FOR 9/**/2013 WHICH IS ON A FRIDAY AND ITS FOR MY DAUGHTER SWEET SIXTEEN. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR THAT DAY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE OF 1250.00 DOLLARS. SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT OF 250.00 IN ORDER TO RESERVE. I HAD NO PROBLEM, I GAVE HER MY CREDIT CARD INFO. I ASKED HER WHEN SHE WAS DONE TO EMAIL ME THE CONFIRMATION OF THE DEPOSIT AND THE WHOLE CONTRACT FOR THAT DAY OF SERVICE. NEVER RECEIVED NO EMAILS OF CONFIRMATION. ON JUNE [redacted], I WAS AT WORK AND MY DAUGHTER [redacted] CALLS ME TO INFORM ME THERE WAS A PINK HUMMER ON OUR DRIVEWAY. I ASKED HER TO TELL ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THATS ON THE LIMO, I CLEARLY THOUGHT IT WAS A NUMBER WHO HAD RENTED ONE AND THEY WAS IN THE WRONG HOUSE. COME TO FIND OUT THE LIMO WAS FROM DIAMOND LIMO. I SPOKE TO [redacted] AT ABOUT 12:09 THAT DAY AND INFORMED HER THAT THERE WAS THEIR LIMO AT MY HOUSE. SHE SAID YES I KNOW YOU BOOKED FOR 6/[redacted] I TOLD HER WHERE SHE GOT THAT INFORMATION FROM BECAUSE MY DATE WAS 9/[redacted] SHE TOLD ME SHE COULDNT DO ANYTHING, SO I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE PUT ME TO SPEAK TO [redacted]. WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL, WAS RUDE TO ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR SAYING I HAD TO MANY DISCREPANCIES IN MY STORY. THERE IS NO STORY I WANTED TO BOOK MY LIMO FOR 9/[redacted]AND THEY SENT IT ON 6/** . THEY ARE REFUSING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. ALSO ON 6/** THEY DEBITED MY CARD FOR THE BALANCE OF 1000.00 DOLLAR WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CARD, THE 250.00 DOLLARS AND MY 1000.00. I WAS HARASSED AND CALLED THE [redacted] AND SCISSOR WERE THROWN AT ME AND MY FAMILY. WE WENT THERE ON SATURDAY JUNE[redacted]. I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER IN PERSON AND [redacted] TOLD ME SHE COULDNT GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. I LEFT THEM MY NUMBER TO CONTACT ME AND TIL THIS DAY 6[redacted] I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM.Desired Settlement: I DONT WANT ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS THE WORKERS THAT ARE EMPLOYED THERE. Review: My daughter was in a limousine rented from Diamond Limousine under reservation [redacted] - by [redacted] for a senior prom. All of the occupants that were in the limousine were minors. On 6/*/13 @ approximatelt 2:15 am the limo driver removed them from the limo and stated that the contract was terminated. They had rented the limousine for approximately 13 hours and was supposed to have the limousine until 8:30 A.M. The contract states if the limousine driver finds alcohol in the limo he can terminate the contract but at the same time if they are under 21 years of age he has to report it. The limousine driver alleges that there was plenty of alcohol in the limousine and that two of the parents witnessed it [redacted]. At which point he drove the teens from the [redacted] residence to Club Amazura in Jamaica Queens. If there was alcohol witnessed in the limousine he was not supposed to drive the teens anywhere. Also when he dropped them to Club Amazura there was a police van stationed across the street - why did he not bring it to the attention of the authorities. There is also a camera located in the limousine to provide proof. As one of the parents of a minor that was in the limousine I am truly upset that they left me child abandoned in Queens NY when they picked her up in Brooklyn. When I contacted Diamond Limousine today and spoke to [redacted] and the supervisor I was informed that they do not have to divulge any information to me. They stated they had permission from the parents [redacted] to put the children out. [redacted] did not sign a contract nor did their daughter. If they are alleging that the children had alcohol - as a parent I am entitled to see the proof. They hung up on me and stated that is the end of the conversation.Desired Settlement: I would either like proof to be provided that there was alcohol in the limousine or a refund given to the occupants of this limousine.

Review: On May *, 2013, I contracted with Diamond Limousine to provide 12 hours of limousine service for my daughters senior prom on June*, 2013. Unfortunately, service was only provided for 8 hours. Furthermore the limousine arrived 2 hours late, leaving my family, most especially my daughter, extremely upset. At no time did a representative from your company call me or my daughter to inform us that there was a problem. During the first 2 hours of no service, I attempted several times to contact your company for an explanation for the extreme tardiness. Both of the numbers that were available on your website were answered by voicemail. Your limousine driver finally showed up after I had to literally drive through the streets to locate the pink stretch Hummer and escort him back to my familys residence. Not only did the chauffeur not have any idea where he was going, but he also was unable to operate the remote door lock. Upon questioning him as to his extreme tardiness, he informed me that he had just received the call to drive for the event, and was not previously notified. Things got even worse when the chauffeur left my daughter and her friends at 4:20am, claiming that he will not be available for the remainder of the 12 hours that were already paid for. Of no concern to him was the fact that these young people might not have had any way to return home. This happens to have been a once in a lifetime event in my daughters life. Also, after having paid $2100 for what should have been excellent service, it is unconscionable to have received such abominable service instead.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the four hours of no service in the amount of 700 dollars.

Review: This is a party bus I payed for.I called them for my daughter's 18th Birthday. The bus got there half an hour late. Before anyone could get on the bus the bus driver said that we had to give him $200 for tip that it was mandatory. He was very upset and said he needed this money before he left with the kids. I gave him $100 and told him I would give him the other $100 when he returned because I did not have the money.When the bus driver left he said he could not get the AC to work.The driver had to pull over several times because it was too hot in the bus.It was raining out that day.The AC never worked and the driver made the kids clean the bus.I did not have an adult on the bus because they said that they provided a matrone.The bus driver said that they stopped doing that a few weeks ago and that is why he needed the $200.I called the office the next day and put in a complaint with the manager Romeo and I called two more times but no one returned my calls. I payed $1850 for this service that had no AC the kids were not happy and feeling sick from the heat.My daughter was very unhappy.The bathroom had no running water to flush and it smelled.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned.They should have said that the AC was not working and given us a choice to either wait for another bus or reschedule and then to have the driver basically take $200 from us when the tip was not mandatory and He had a terrible attitude.The bus driver was upset because we could only give him $100 up front. I was worried that he wasn't going to treat them right because he didn't want to listen to what I was saying.The company needs to take responsibility
