Review: Company sold me a range rover limo for my wedding on wedding day sent a different limo with no courtesy call. Company claims range rover broke down on the way to my house. Yet limo driver was on time. Speaking to ppl at my wedding they asked me who I used when I told them diamond limo others encountered the same issue. Owners are extremely rude and curse.Desired Settlement: Refunded back a inconvenience fee of some sort and apology.

Review: In short, the limo that I paid for broke down on the way to my wedding and we had to find other means of transportation & were therefore late. The company is refusing to resolve the issue and the owner will not even speak with me. I have made multiple phone calls and have been promised call backs but have gotten none. Diamond Limousine is completely at fault but refusing to resolve my issueDesired Settlement: The company needs to refund me because they did not provide me with the service that I paid for

Review: On December **, 2015 I had rented a Porche Cayenne from Diamond Limo to take me one-way to Atlantic City, for my [redacted] birthday, I purchased the Limo for the amount of $720 plus tolls and tip which cost me and extra $150, I paid them $360 on December **, 2016 on my credit card and the rest in cash when the limo driver picked me up on January [redacted], 2016, the day I was leaving to go to Atlantic City.

On January [redacted] 2016, the limo driver pulled up in front of my home in Queens, [redacted], with the Porche cayenne 2014, looking marvelous from my view of my window, my guest and I were so excited to get in the limo, we went rushing outside to see it. So we posed in front of the limo and took several pictures in front of the limo, as we proceeded to get in the limo, we notice the rug in the limo was filthy, so in my mind I said to myself ok, a little miner thing, then I seen the white part of the chairs where dirty, then the counter had dust and hand smudges on it, then it really started to get disgusting, the ice bucket were the ice goes was dirty, than as my guests and I sat down in the limo, we notice the limo Windows was cracked all across the limo, known I'm really upset, I called and told them about how filthy and dirty the limo was, and how the windows were cracked all the way across, the manager Tom, told me that he checked the limo and it was nothing dirty about it and the cracked Windows he knew about it and it wasn't a big deal, because I'm not getting a discount, and if I don't like it I can send the limo back, then he hung up the phone on me.

At that point I couldn't do anything, I had spend $800 on my hotel for the weakened, I couldn't get my money back from that at no last minute, plus I had brought tickets from grey hound for my guest and myself to come back home, I couldn't get my money back from them either, it was no refund from grey hound. I was so stressed and embarrassed sitting in that damn limo I could've cried, everyone looking at me and asking me what are you going to do? Knowing I couldn't do anything at the moment but proceed to take the limo to my destination and deal with the issue when I got back.

I was so stress going and when I got to Atlantic city, everyone kept telling me to stop worrying because it's your [redacted] birthday and try to enjoy yourself, I tired, my whole weekend was just shot.

I'm asking for my money back because it just wasn't right how they sent me a dirty, filthy, cracked up limo like that with no shame.

I took picture of everything, so if you need the pictures for show and tell I will send them. Plus I asked them to send me a copy of the agreement several times and they never did, and I called three times and they kept saying they will and never did. I should've known than that somethings was wrong, but I just let my excitement get in the way.

Really need your help on this,

Because he knew about the limo situation and did nothing about it. But made my [redacted] birthday weekend stressful.
