It appears the hospital bed was purchased in August, and I do not see that the bed has been returned We do have a return policy with a restocking fee, which is very common in this industry There is a lot of work that goes into the transaction of large items Here is a link to our return policy [redacted] Here is a link from another medical company (competitor) that shows a restocking fee for beds [redacted] It appears the item has been used for over months now, but happy to help in any reasonable way.ThankyouMike F
