I am rejecting this response because: It is a BIG coincidence that the vehicle would have started with a emissions code ONLY two weeks after purchase that was the first sign that it was going to be a problemNot only this, but they didn't stand behind the vehicle they sold to even try and fix itThey continued to brush it off

? I am rejecting this response because: There was a verbal agreement - the loan would not have been approved had [redacted] not promised to repay me for the needed repairs?

As per our conversation here is the paperwork he signed

I have reviewed the complaintPlease see attached as the customer did purchase the vehicle and close out this complaintUnfortunately, he signed knowing it is a used car. Please let me know if you need further assistance

I have reviewed the complaint. Please see attached as the customer did purchase the vehicle AS-IS and close out this complaint. Unfortunately, he signed knowing it is a used car.    Please let me know if you need further assistance
