Because your statement(s) are and without merit, yes you came here on (3) three different occasions to return the equipment and when you when youdid do the actual installation you found the copier was still broken !At no fault of ours, additionally we take objection to your and slanderous statements that we rejected deliveryUnder no condition nor any time did we say or make any such statements.As of today (MONTHS LATER) we still do not have our equipment returned and the equipment (copier) that you have here is faulty we are seeking a reimbursement and or payment on the existing equipment that is in your facility which we have been paying on a leaseTHAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE

Instead of interrupting your business, we picked up your copier machine and delivered to you a Loaner to use while it was...

being repaired. Once your copier was fixed, our logistics team attempted to deliver your original copy machine, however, this was declined by your staff. We also have delivery slips outlining these attempts that we can review with you. The Stewart team is more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding and will return your original machine now that we have your approval.
