to take her powder off and do a manicure gel on her real nails. At the time of that service, she chose a orange color for her nails and after we finished and she was content with the final product, she left and the next day, she said that the orange colors on her nail had turned black. She calls [redacted] and [redacted] asks her to come back to the shop to check the nails, however, she declined and goes to a different shop to put a powder on. She calls in the next day and says that she wants a refund. [redacted] comes back in and [redacted] gives her the refund which was $27 dollars USD, however, the service itself a few days back, was $30, and she paid only $27, therefore she still owed us $3 at the time. At a later time, she calls in again for [redacted] to refill powder for her nails and after a few days, she calls in again and says that one of her nails are broken. She then requests us for an appointment at 5 P.M., and she ends up not showing for her appointment. The next day, she comes in at around 3 P.M., without an appointment and we were very busy at the time, so we asked her to sit and wait. When more and more customers come in, she leaves the shop and says that she will sue [redacted] and the shop. All products that we use here are all well-known names like [redacted], DND, and Perfect Match and they are all manufactured products. We do not temper with these products in any way. We refunded her money the first time, but from there on, we have a policy of no more refunds.

Not all true. [redacted] told me at first that my nail turned free because it was fungus, but I never had fungus on my finger nail! It actually was the horrible powder that holly used! I went in 2-3 times with my granddaughter. [redacted] told me it was the gel powder and that she had just purchased from a new vendor and she would not use it! Then she begged me to come back. I went back again with my granddaughter and did gel again. They cracked and chipped. When I went in again they did not acknowledge me for 20 minutes, I had to go somewhere so I left. [redacted] came out like a mad woman and said "[redacted] come back" I said I have to go! I said you didn't even acknowledge me look at my nails how horrible! I said " I'm going to file a complaint and sue you"

I'm demanding a Full Refund! Or we can go to court through Solano county with all of my records along with all receipt and with all of my witnesses! They did not professionally do my nails at the health standard! I'm demanding a full refund!
