Business responded to complaint.Approximately Monday June 15, 2015, customer called wondering if we were a [redacted] Warranty station.  She stated that she had a [redacted] pump that  she purchased less than a year ago and was sucking air.  Tech showed up at customers residence on 6/18/15...

and noticed that the homeowner had tightened a threaded valve into the pump too tight and eventually caused the [redacted] pump housing to crack.  Tech mentioned to the customer that he would contact [redacted] but there was no guarantee it would be covered.  The tech charged the homeowner a $50 + tax trip charge as we were not getting reimbursed by [redacted] for the service call.  The homeowner than called a couple days later and talked to the manager.  He stated to the homeowner that [redacted] would not replace a whole new unit due to improper installation.  Approximately 2 weeks later, [redacted] contacted TGE manager and asked what happened to the pump?  Manager stated homeowner called a few times and [redacted] informed the manager that they would replace the housing unit only not the pump.  Manager then called homeowner to get model and serial number off the unit to replace the housing per [redacted].  Homeowner expressed that was unacceptable, she wanted a whole new pump and housing, and she would contacting  [redacted].  The next thing TGE heard about the situation was the letter received by Revdex.com stating a complaint.  We at TGE Pool Service did not sell the homeowner the pump.  We are only a [redacted] Warranty station for their products and can only install and repair to get reimbursed for items they approve.Thank You for your time on this matter and we have attached a copy of the signed invoice by the customer.TGE

On 1/12/2017 Diamond One Construction received a letter from The Revdex.com claiming a customer concern regarding our business. We are writing this letter in response to the customer complaint, being that everything with the customer has been cleared up, and all outstanding invoices have...

been paid. In the letter, the customer mentions several different issues she had with the quality of this job, of which I plan to address. While it is possible some nails were left behind from the roofing job, I believe the biggest issue was the delay in receiving pictures of the work. Upon emailing back and forth with the customer, the pictures were provided to her. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we caused to the customer; however, the job was completed very well and professionally. Final payment was delayed until the pictures were received, which we felt to be fair. We find it unfair the customer is referring to our business and customer service as “sketchy”. While the course of events were unfortunate and we wish the pictures had been sent in a more timely-manner, we run a reputable business and pride ourselves on customer service, complaints are a rarity. Again, we apologize to the customer for their dissatisfaction at the time the complaint was filed; since, the pictures have been received, we have e-mailed back and forth with the customer, and the job has been paid in full with no issues. We sincerely hope our apology is accepted and we can move forward from this misfortune. Thank you for your time, Diamond One Construction
