Purchased an item in May 2017, was promised in August 2017-they keep pushing the arrival date back
I purchased a love seat with this company and was promised the items in August..then when I did not receive it, I tried getting in touch with them and the never would return my call. I then emailed them..etc. Finally got in touch and the owner (***) who verbally told me not to worry it will be here in August, now told me that it would be early November.
Today (10/17/17) I FONALLY got in touch with someone after being promised a call back-that never happened-now they are telling me sometime in 2018.
I purchased this item that I needed ASAP and would have NEVER paid in full on this if I knew of them never getting back to me and now I feel taken advantage of.
They were really nice convincing me to purchase this, after they got my money I can't get in touch with them and they never return emails or messages.
At this point I want a FULL REFUND and I do not want to waste anymore of my time on trying to get in touch with them and the face that they keep pushing this back months at a time.
I feel this is unreasonable, and I just want a refund.
TOTAL REFUND so I can purchase through a more reliable company. I cannot afford to repurchase this through another company until I get my money back
ordered a custom made hand carved mahogany wedding sofa on May 13, 2017. The payment was cleared on May 15, 2017. The listing from which she ordered clearly stated to allow 18-20 weeks for delivery. The order was accepted by the manufacturer on May 20th, 2017. On May 30, *** emailed and wanted to know when she would receive her item. Our policy states there can be delays due to situations beyond our control. The Ramadan Holy Days began on May 26th and ended on June 24th. During that time work is suspended. ***'s 20 weeks were up on October 7. She has been threatening us since August and demanding a refund for non shipment. She said in her email yesterday that it only takes 3 weeks to get the sofas from overseas. In reality the voyage from Indonesia takes 5-6 weeks and customs clearance is 1-2 weeks before the container is shipped to is, We then have to uncrate and re pack for shipping to customer She has called us names and states she will ruin our company. Her sofa is will be arriving in USA soon. We are going to refund ***'s money and we are going to waive the restocking fee.Based on her emails and phone conversations she will continue to speak ill of our company even though we would have delivered her sofa to her within the allotted time allowing for Ramadan which I am assuming *** knows what Ramadan means to Buddhists in her line of work.Below is a copy of the listing which she ordered from. She was again threatening in her phone conversation today. In Alabama it is legal to record phone conversations without notifying the other party. This whole transaction is FRAUD. As soon as I gave you my money, I never hear from you. HORRIBLE customer service and you should be ashamed of yourselves if this is how you run a business. I was also hung up on, who do you think you are? I just checked your F rating on the Revdex.com. Maybe I should have checked before. I am taking this to be handled LEGALLY and publicly if I do not hear from you about my refund by 5pm TODAY. I am done with this scam and I will NOT be taken advantage of. I need this item and I am not waiting until 2018. You can get these in 3 weeks overseas I am not stupid. This is no joke. I will let every single consumer know about what you do to customers..build their trust, grab the money and run. Not this person, sorry. I have everything lined up...I will file a claim against Diamond Done Decor, notify the media in Alabama and Contact the online companies bureau and make a complaint today at 5pm to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. The response from this company could not be further from the truth. Once this company got my money I rarely heard from them. I was simply asking where my product was as it was promised in August. I would have never purchased or Hannah dumb one penny if there was any chance I would have to wait an entire year. As you can see, this is what this company does. Read they're F rated profile on the Revdex.com this is what they do. They take your money and hold it until they are ready to place your order. They were really nice before hand with video chats and a really nice demeanor. Then they get you to pay for everything upfront and then you will never hear from them. I sent them 14 emails and made 22 phone calls and I heard from them three times. There are other reliable companies do not go with this one
