Review: I paid 1,823.75 down on metal back in july to be installed in 3 to 4 weeks since then all I have been getting is the round around.Even got a letter telling me to stop calling.Desired Settlement: Building install real soon or refund.

In regards to Mr. [redacted], he has been made aware of the delays in scheduling his structure. We are very sorry about this delay as things such as our metal sheeting company suffering from several breakdowns in the past couple of months have occurred. These things are beyond our control so we did compose a letter to let our customers know the situation and reason for delay. Please see copy of this letter attached to this response. We did not ask that Mr. [redacted] not call our office at all. We asked that customers not call ONLY as a response to the letter. If all 300 customers call at once our staff will not be able to properly assist each one. Mr. [redacted] is coming up in our schedule and we can assure him that we are working as quickly as possible to get his building out to him.

Review: I purchased a metal building from this company and they called me last week and scheduled an installation date of today. I took off work to be home today for the installation, as the original saleman told me I would need to show the installers where the doors and windows were to be installed. By taking off work to be here today I also lose my overtime pay for the payperiod, so I had several hundred dollars invested in being home today for the installers. They failed to call or show up at all today, then when I called them the installer gave me two different stories on why he didn't show up as scheduled. He initially said the framing wasn't ready for my building, then later claimed he wasn't here because it was raining on the other side of the state, even though it was sunny here. The installer also claimed the company setting an installation date with the customer was meaningless as they don't schedule it with him. The company was no help at all, they just blamed it on the installer, then started ignoring my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the company owner to talk to his installer and set a date they will actually show up as scheduled, and discount the price to cover my lost wages in waiting on them all today with no show and no call.

On the day he is referencing he was called by our office and by the installer to inform him of the delay and rescheduling. His delay was due to a shipment that was expected not arriving at our company. We do hope that **. [redacted] is happy with the structure he recieved.

I am rejecting this response because: The building has been only partially installed to date, and I am having trouble getting the installer to come back and finish it. He told me he would be back on 5/1 or 5/2 to finish it and when he didn't show I called him and he said he would be there Saturday 5/4/13. He was again no-show/no-call on Saturday and hasn't returned my call this week. And they didn't call to tell me there was a delay initially until after I had already waited on them all day, then started calling them, then when they did call back they were very hateful and obnoxious and threatened to cancel my building after they had already poured the concrete for it.
