After getting multiple quotes for exterior house paint and being completely disappointed with high priced or unqualified painters I decided to contact Diamond PaintingWhat a wonderful surprise!
Don gave me a quote over the phone based on the square footage and age of the house and made an appointment to meet me on site
Don was respectful, straight forward and stayed true to his quotePlus, he was the first to see the job 3,000sqft home and not be overwhelmed
We booked a starting date and his team arrived prepared and on time the day of and for the next days until the job was done
Don was on the job in every single day to make sure everything goes smoothly
When Don was not available Chris was making sure the job was getting done right
Chris (lead painter) is patient, trustworthy, respectful and a quality painter
We had a team of painters working in our home and they finished on time, without any damage and delivered a beautifully painted home
Thank you Don for being such a great communicator, for helping me choose exterior colors and for making sure that we are happy with the results!
Thank you Chris and the rest of the team for respecting us and our home!
Thank you all for a job well done!
Looking forward to our next projects!
And to whoever is looking for great people, fair prices and quality work, do yourselves a favor and contact Don

Having contracted with this painter to paint my entire house beginning April - 5, 2016, I thought him having a license with the AZ Registrar of Contractors assured me he would do a competent, good job After he left, I went around the house and double-checked his work and to my horror paint drips were left on my carpeting on both my front and back patios, there is paint residue at the base of my garage door, he did not paint my entire garage door per contract, and most of the cracks he stated he would fill with caulk were left untouched He only used one coat of paint which left a shadow of the former grey paint, except for the front brick which I instructed him to paint several times There is still uncovered brick on the side of the entrance There were so many mistakes and gross incompetence, I filed a complaint with the ROC AZ law says he can come back within days to inspect and what he should have completed in the first placeI was so threatened by him in emails I did not want him to come back Then the ROC closed my complaint because I did not allow him back within days to repaint his job I told MrTellefsen he could keep the $he was already paid to cover paint and Discover card refunded my charge of $ We settled that the contract was null and void except for the $payment Beware of this man! He does not take pride in his work, he is sloppy, and he basically doesn't care how he paints your house He even left paint splotches on my sidewalk when he was putting his fabric into his truck Run away from him!

After getting 3 or more estimates from different companies we decided to go with Diamond Painting. I met with Don several times to choose colors and it was very apparent he knows the business well he was very helpful he made suggestions that I would have not of thought of otherwise and I was very happy with the way everything turned out.
Don and his crew were super easy to work with and I can't say enough nice things about the job they did. They were courteous and cleaned up each and every day they were here working.
I have given Don's number out to several of my neighbors who have stopped by to admire his work.
Don was affordable and best of all he knew what he was doing.

Having contracted with this painter to paint my entire house beginning April 4 - 5, 2016, I thought him having a license with the AZ Registrar of Contractors assured me he would do a competent, good job. After he left, I went around the house and double-checked his work and to my horror paint drips were left on my carpeting on both my front and back patios, there is paint residue at the base of my garage door, he did not paint my entire garage door per contract, and most of the cracks he stated he would fill with caulk were left untouched. There is still uncovered brick on the side of the entrance. There were so many mistakes and gross incompetence, I filed a complaint with the ROC. AZ law says he can come back within 15 days to inspect and re-do what he should have completed in the first place. I was so threatened by him in 31 emails I did not want him to come back. Then the ROC closed my complaint because I did not allow him back within 15 days to repaint his job. I told Mr. Tellefsen he could keep the $300 he was already paid to cover paint and Discover card refunded my charge of $1185. We settled that the contract was null and void except for the $300 payment. Beware of this man! He does not take pride in his work, he is sloppy, and he basically doesn't care how he paints your house. He even left paint splotches on my sidewalk when he was putting his fabric into his truck. Run away from him!
