We contracted with Diamond Park Homes on 2/14/and sent them a deposit of $16K Since then we have heard little from them, and only when prodded Today we find out that their web site is gone and phones disconnected As far as we know, they have skipped out and still have our money but we have nothing We live in Colorado and they are in Texas so we can't visit them to see what is going on They gave us a Build Number of ***

Diamond Park Homes built two Park Model Cabins for me which were damaged and not fixed upon delivery to my residence On the day our cabins were delivered (Oct 2015), one was dropped in route to our land It was not secured and came off truck causing a lot of damageMr [redacted] would not admit this happened and denied it but the driver was the one that told us what happened We have sheets of sheetrock falling down from the cracks in the ceilingThe metal roof was damaged in routeThe paint on both cabins started to wash off during rainy season and the red roof color is coming When I say washing off, the red color is washing off so much that both cabins need to be repainted The metal roof is a baked on process so not sure how that will be resolvedThe hardy board on the exterior keeps popping off on one of the cabinsWe paid for extra tornado strapping which are still not on the cabinsThe appliances are 2nds or surplus because the microwave shorted out, the refrigerator

In Dec I traveled to Diamond Park Homes which is when I found out that Shawn B owns the company, I initially worked with Brandon B
I gave a deposit which put us in line for our buildI was told in in the beginning and numerous times it is a 3-month buildWe signed papers in Febafter choosing our floorplan and options (some items were missing from DPH option sheet and we filled them in with red ink & was signed and approved by all parties)Pics were sent every so often and realized that our unit wasn't going as quickly as we were toldWe had visited DPH times during our buildWe received more pics and noticed they had installed the wrong furnace we wanted and we paid forWe immediately called and told them...they said it was the model we requested, which was not trueWe had numerous emails with the correct model # and it was also listed on the option sheetDPH said they would put the correct one in, but it would COST US, we are now paying for furnacesThe correct furnace was installed in June and was told they are moving forward
Since our unit should be almost complete, (3-month build time) we had asked BB if we could come down for a final walk throughBB stated it wasn't a good time because they still have a lot to complete and that their new facility was being builtI was a little taken back at that answerWe decided to fly down on Sept9th giving them enough time to completeWhen we got down there it was nowhere near 90% doneSeveral items weren't installed (drain in shower, shower water supply, no toilet drain, no air conditioner lines on furnace, appliances missing) etcAfter speaking with SB (which was the first time we had met), he stated he was not going to finish those items, except for the appliances and once those came in, it was ready to shipBB had told us the entire time that of course these items would be completedWe made arrangements with BB to come back the following day (Sat) to talk about final costWe arrived there the next day but everything was locked upI called BB and he said he could not make it! We came all the way from Michigan and you have no one there to represent DPH?
The issues did end up being completed POORLY and the appliances were installedBB sent over a pic of the fridge because the door would not open up 100%I called and we changed the fridge to a side by side so it would fitWe were told that we would only pay the difference cost between fridgesBB also told us that they would have to move the cupboards slightly because the fridge would not fit if they didn'tWe are near the end of Oct and I am pretty nervous since winter weather is soon comingWe received an email telling us our final payment (they will not ship until it is 100% paid)They charged us double for the furnace, more for the fridge, for moving the cupboards and doubled the freight costWe had to write out a check if we wanted it delivered-they already had 75% of our moneyIf you don't pay, you don't getOur unit arrived Nov 4th, months later
We have been dealing with them since our unit arrivedFurnace didn't work, leaking air conditioner lines, scratches on the wood floor because the bed wasn't secured down (and from installation of appliances) pipes leaking under bathroom & kitchen sinks, on demand water heater leaks & installation incomplete , cupboards in bath & kitchen was not completely stained, dents in main door, to small of an exhaust pipe in bathroom, kitchen sink has dents, microwave door dented, kitchen faucet doesn't work, sliding door missing parts, stove & furnace not converted to LP, wrong shower valve installed, cable not located, electrical outlet not accessible behind bed, walls not completely painted-the list goes onWe had pipes freeze over the winter due to no insulationIt has cost us thousands to have these items repaired due to DPH neglectI have asked SB to look over emails/pics/videos and get back with me, he hasn'tHe actually told me at one point that I should have put a match to itI have pics and emails to back up my claimDPH is dishonest, misleading, and lacks integrity Tells you what you want to hear, and then doesn't do it Never their fault, always points the finger elsewhereIf Shawn B resolves these issues as a good business man should, I will update all of my reviews

Incomplete work on a park model that we paid for
We paid Diamond Park Homes at NFM ALba, TX to build us a park model starting 5/16/with a finish time around to weeks per an email I receivedWe had to pick up our park model unfinished on 11/1/ We had to pick it up because we called and emailed several times and never got an answer so we got nervous At this point everything had been paid for They laughed at us telling us we will never get any money back and gave our driver a hard time (who we had to hire) when he went to pick it up We didn't get but paid for, faucets, plumbing, door lock, screen door,outside faucet, fire extinguisher, right counter top, painted cabinets, cabinet slide outs, ceiling fan, cold air return, iron railing, storage under steps, dimmer switches, outlets, labor for hot water on demand, and HVAC the owners *** and *** are extremely rude and lied to us several times

We prepaid for a perk model RV which amounted to approximately $68, We never received an official bill of sale
We paid appx $68,up front for this park model RVWe never received a proper bill of sale or titleWe were told our financial obligation was complete but there were additional charges that the company tried to charge us forOne including delivery fee whisk we paid $for but they needed $moreInterior of house was completely opposite of our agreed blueprintHouse was delivered months past dueAll we are asking for is a bill of sale and titleTaxes should have been included at the final payment which the company neglected to includeHave emailed owner times and have called the business with no return call or response

I ordered My park home September got delivery May wonderful craftsmanship and we found a couple of upgrades we did expect but found out with a call that because the park Home could not be delivered with the original height we wanted (from Taxes to Maine) they gave us a double loft and stone fireplace
The only thing I wish was that the communication was a little better but that said I would do it all over again if needed
