Aloha, Customer: [redacted] ** [redacted] We have researched your concern and would like to address the following:The green parking sign indicating public parking is provided by the County Of Hawaii, if you drive up Sarona Road there is a solid white line indicating do not cross There is no solid white line at the entrance of the parking lot which would be considered the second left on Sarona Road not the first It is obvious that you entered from the exit of the parking lot and not the entrance, therefor the information of the parking being paid parking went unnoticed “Public Parking” does not indicate it is free parking The signs that you indicated you viewed was to Park and Lock your vehicle also indicate to proceed to the nearest pay station We do not staff this particular location and there is no attendant on duty We do not advise the County Of Hawaii of their signage and don’t believe that the County Of Hawaii would place a sign indicating paid parking ahead, when the paid parking is a privately owned and operated parking lot We appreciate you contacting us regarding the parking notice We have voided the notice and there is no further obligation due If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact me directly Please Note my new contact number: Mahalo Nui Loa, Jasmine [redacted] C***, CPPDiamond Parking Service-Hawaii [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
