Review: I received a citation from Parking services a division of diamond parking while attending a mariners game in Seattle, on April 25th 2015 because I neglected to put my paid for ticket on the dash. I understood it and decided I would just call and explain the circumstances on Monday. I called about a week later and the female I spoke with ya's polite and accommodating as I gave her all the info from my receipt. She said it was all taken care of. 8 received a notice in July starting the matter had not been resolved so I called again. I spoke with [redacted] on 7-13at 1pm and have him the same, citation number as well as my receipt an stall info he again reassured me it had been resolved. I then received another notice in the mail for august 5th. Subsequently called 8-17 and asked to speak with a supervisor, the associate named [redacted] politely put me on hold and then returned to take a message to have a supervisor call me back. And now I wait...4 months and 3 phone calls later and whatever collections damage to my credit. I and not feeling to assured.Desired Settlement: Mark the citation as resolved and discontinue collections of a paid debt.

We have looked into this complaint and want to apologize on the many issues around getting this resolved. It is clear that it was our intention to waive this ticket as the customer showed proof of payment.It looks like there were several opportunities for us to rectify this and each one was missed.Upon receipt of this complaint we have voided the notice. Review: Reference # [redacted] issued date 2/15/14

This is my 2nd complaint on this company in regards to the same reference#. THEY SAID IN MY LAST COMPLAINT that they cleared the bill due to errors on their part and I'm still getting a bill from them only now they have doubled the amount. I tried to call the number on the statement they sent and I was able to get through to an agent who refused to do anything even with proof of payment from bank on settlement amount. She stated they didn't have any record of the payment. I would now like to receive a statement showing this has been cleared up and there's no money owed since speaking to them over the phone and through the Revdex.com hasn't worked to resolve the matter that diamond parking has stated was resolved on numerous occasions. I truly believe this company is a scam and not legitimate.Desired Settlement: I will not close this case again until I get a statement showing they've accepted and received my 10$ payment they drafted from my account on 2/18/14 and the debt is paid in full. I'm really tired of dealing with the same complaint since February.

Review: I received a letter from Diamond Parking stating that I owed $50. for a parking ticket that I had allegedly received when parking at [redacted] while attending classes. Since I never received an initial ticket and had no warning about it before this letter, I was shocked to see that there was a $30.00 late fee attached to the $20.00 initial fee.

I corresponded with them by submitting a letter (per their instructions) explaining that I did not receive a ticket before receiving the letter, but I agreed to pay the initial parking fee of $20.00, since I was unfamiliar with the campus parking rules. However, they are still demanding payment for the additional $30. with threatening letters.Desired Settlement: Waive the late fee/s. I thought I was very fair in agreeing to pay for the ticket.

As discussed through our correspondence the letter disputing any recieved violation on the [redacted] campus or original payment was never received by our office. It is our company policy to send out collection notices if any violation is not paid within 15 days of the issue date. I apologize if you felt the letters were threatening, they are simply meant to remind vehicle owners that payment still needs to be made for violations received not to harass or threaten any past, present or future customer. I am happy we agreed on a resolution for your issue at hand, thank you for contacting us.
