After
receiving your letter in regards to the complaint filed by Ms***, Diamond
Property Management, LLChas looked into the matter and is providing the
following explanation to the matter.
Ms
*** vacated her unit on June 27, 2014.
On July 3, her move-out was processed and mail to the last known
address on file, *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. At the time of her move-out, Ms*** was
not present and as such did not provide a forwarding address to Diamond
Property Management, LLC. On November
11, Diamond Property Management, LLCmailed Ms*** an updated move-out
due to her unit having been re-rented and the amount owed to Diamond Property
Management, LLCdeclining. This was
additionally sent to her last known address, Autumn Drive in Delavan, WI. Due to Diamond Property Management, LLCand
the post office not having a current address, she may not have received the
move-out
The
amounts that Diamond Property Management, LLCcharged for cleaning cost, the
disputed 120.00, we feel is an accurate dollar amount Diamond Property Management, LLC provided a detailed list of areas that needed to be addressed. Diamond Property Management, LLCchooses to use
in house cleaners so as to keep the company costs down as well as the cost
incurred by tenant upon move-out. Due to
this, Diamond Property Management does not have an invoice from a professional cleaning
company. Diamond Property Management,
LLCfeels the charges are fair and accurate based on the amount of time that our
employee spent in the apartment
Although
Diamond Property Management, LLCfeels they have followed all of the required
criteria for a proper move-out and properly charged Ms*** upon her vacating
her unit, the company will remove the $cleaning fee from Ms***’s
move-out
We
wish for all of our residents to have a positive experience with our
company and apologize that Ms***'s experience was not as smooth as we like our move-outs to be. We hope that this will satisfy
Ms***’s concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While the information stating a forwarding address was never provided and a change of address was never done at the United States Postal Office is false; the main concern was the charge of the $cleaning and with the business agreeing to remove that chargeI am satisfied.
