Diamond Propery Management

Review: Diamond Properties is a realestate company that rents to college student and low income people throughout the [redacted] area. I rented from Diamond Properties for a year time 2012-2013. After returning the house in similar condition, they charged over $4000 for the "damages" done to the house. We were charged only around $600 worth of material costs, with $3,250 worth of labor to fix these damages. They are refusing to give us a line itemized list of the expenses. I requested a breakdown of how the labor costs totalled $3250 and they refused to give it to me.Desired Settlement: I believe that we deserve a majority of the labor expense back. If the materials cost total around $600, anyone in the construction/home repair business knows that the labor costs rougly 100-150 percent of the materials. If they charge us 200 percent, we are still only looking at labor charges around $1,200. I believe a refund of about $2,000 would be more than fair....
