All of these items were addressed. We replaced her carpet and as of today I only have one service request that was submitted yesterday for vertical blind slates. I am not aware of any other open service request for Ms. [redacted].

I personally have communicated on a regular basis with these residence regarding all the constant service requests [redacted] and [redacted] have submitted to my office. I have back up showing all their service request have been completed. I just went to follow up with them again because I...

did not show any current open service request for their apartment. The [redacted]’s did get a fully renovated apartment with brand new black appliances, two-tone paint, and upgraded flooring and lighting features. They do have all of these features with no defect and that is what they are paying a rent premium for. Keeping in mind this is a 35+ year old property, I’ve explained to the [redacted]’s that there are going to be small cosmetic things that we cannot do anything about. As of today, I walked the apartment with [redacted] and the only items she pointed out to me and my maintenance supervisor ([redacted]), was minor peeling in tub, chipping paint on a couple door frames, and a 2 inch missing baseboard under the dishwasher. She is insisting on doing the touch up paint herself, and resurfacing vendor has been scheduled to re-do her tub. We are also going to schedule to have our painters take care of the touch up on the door frames.  
I offered them the option to break their lease if they honestly are not happy with their apartment. At this point [redacted] said they do not want to move out and are happy with their apartment.
