My *** and I purched a trio-weeding band set Friday and we had to get it size, we didn’t have the rings in our hands till MondayOnces we got the ring we noticed that we wasn’t satisfy with the designWe weren’t told but there’s a sign at the store and is in the receipt that says No REFUND BUT CAN EXCHANGE WITHIN 7daysWe arrived to the store Wednesday at 1pm and we spoke to the owner and we asked if we could exchange and showed him our original receiptHe said we are not allowed to exchange the rings because they have been sizedWe asked the owner if he can please show us where is that policy on the Receit or in the storeAnd he said there’s no need to be one, that he makes his own rules and we are not allowed to exchange our ringsMy *** that’s a police offer got very upset because he didn’t try to work with us at all, and everyone didn’t do anything and he didn’t want to provide any information of the store to be able to fix this situation

Response given over the phone:This is the company's policy that once rings have been sized they cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Company stated they will try to work with customer however once they have been altered noting can be done.
