Diamond Rock Spring Water

Review: We switched from Diamond Rock to Poland Spring Water. We returned two full bottles at a value of $6.75 each to Diamond Rock. They insisted on a payment of $9.75 however they owe us $13.50 plus a $40 deposit which was originally given to Rock Spring Water, the company Diamond Rock purchased.

We attempted to speak with the owner, [redacted]. No satisfaction.Desired Settlement: Diamond Rock owes Select Services - $40 + $13.50 = $53.50

Select Services owes Diamond Rock = $9.75

Diamond Rock should send a check to Select Services in the amount of $43.75

Response:

[redacted] has refused to show us proof that he has paid a deposit and for how many bottles and how much. We told him to finish consuming the water because we do not offer refunds or full bottles (health and security issue).They insisted to pick up everything. I did not insist on payment instead I offered to delete the invoice amount. Rock spring in many cases charge $5/btl deposit. 4 bottles were picked up in effect we are splitting down the middle

I am rejecting this response because when I asked for the refund [redacted], the owner, hung up the phone. I simply asked for a refund on the 2 unopened bottles of water and the deposit we had made. At this point if the vendor does not want to make good on this then we will drop the issue. I do believe that other consumers should be aware of how this vendor treats its customers.
