I received quotes from three different roofing companies and chose Diamond Roofing after talking to General Manager [redacted] He explained what his company would do, in detail, approximately how long it would take and answered all questions about the materials to be usedI contracted with him to replace the roof and gutters He was always available and very responsive whenever I had an issue or question, no matter the time of day or day of weekI was completely satisfied with the work and [redacted] customer serviceBecause of my satisfaction with the roof job I also had Diamond build a large deck on the back of my house It also was completed with good workmanship and in a timely manner I would rate [redacted] customer service way above average

The best choice in a roofing company. EXCELLENT job! [redacted] of Diamond Roofing was GREAT to work with! We had a "tricky" situation: My mother had recently passed away and I wanted to replace the roof because they don't make T-Locks anymore plus, her house was still insured. I (and my family) was trying to sell the house. I sent numerous emails to get quotes. My mother's insurance company told me about Diamond Roofing who they had worked with in the past and that they were honest, trustworthy and did a good job. (Please note that insurance companies do NOT tell you who to choose!) When I explained my situation to[redacted], he first told me how sorry he was that my mother had passed. He worked with me and answered all of my questions. He gave me a VERY fair estimate and closely worked with State Farm. This was "tricky" because the house sold almost immediately and the roof hadn't been replaced yet! I paid half to get things started, and the remaining money was put into escrow to pay after the job was done. I live only three blocks from my mother's house so, I drove around to see the new roof. Once the weather permitted, the work was done in a DAY, and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! My husband has also worked in construction and he said they did an excellent job. I am sure that the new owners are pleased. I would recommend Diamond Roofing to anyone! They are so pleasant to work with and they live up to their promises. An A+++++ for this company! [redacted]

We had our roof replaced last week and was very pleased with the results. At first, [redacted] and [redacted] came by to give us a quote and were very comparable with other roofing companies. They were able to work with us on our needs and explained exactly what they would be happening every step of the way. The day the work was to be performed, the crew set up tarps around the house to catch some of the nails, shingles and other junk on the roof. There were six or eight of them and they worked diligently to remove the old wood shakes and replace them with GAF (high grade) asphalt shingles. Afterwards they cleaned up the site around the house, picking up nails and other roofing debris. They stopped by after the work was done to follow up on how everything went and made sure we were satisfied with the work. I'd recommend them to my neighbors and others.

I can't say enough great things about this owner involved company. They worked in a timely manner, fair priced, emaculate in their cleanup and could not have been easier to work with. I so appreciated the professionalism and that the owner came out himself to speak with me and make sure I was completely satisfied periodically during and at the end of the job. They not only put on an entirely new beautiful roof, but they did our deck which is outstanding! I am so grateful to Diamond Roofing. Thank you!
