We have *** trying to get a hold of *** since Friday night May 4 for repair on our roof with no success. We spoke to him a few times saying he has to change phones and will call back. Then we call him back and it goes to voice mail. Anyways last night again we spoke with him and he promised to come by today, with so many e-mail no answer and is phone was off all day. Called him a while ago, my husband asked him if he was coming by and just like that he said no. We spend over $2,500 for a new roof 3 years ago and now this is the service we get from him with a 25 years warranty. If you need his WSIB, Policy number and Licence number I have that information.

Delivery What I want from this business is stick to the contract agreement and help you're customer when they call for service/repairs and not ignore the e-mails or phone calls. I guess when it was time for the big job, it was good money but now it is maybe $200/$300 repairs it is not worth his time. He needs to learn on how to treat his customer afterwards and when he tells a customer he will do something, do it. Good customer service goes a long way, not with this guy.
