Hello,Desigual contacted me via telephone to apologize for the poor treatment based on the phone logs that they reviewed....
However, they only offered me a 20% coupon on a future purchase and refused to locate the item that I had originally ordered. I was disappointed in their response. Since contacting them about this issue I ordered the item from France and paid extra to have it shipped, so I no longer need the wallet that accompanied the purse purchased from Desigual. Nonetheless, their lack of responsiveness does not encourage me to order from them in the future.
