We have attached the policy which is located on our websiteIt is available at any time on our website under the "Policy" link and it also comes up at the time of purchaseWe have had this policy in place since we started this business and have never had one complaint to Revdex.comWe are very customer service orientatedWe are never rude at all to customers and have dealt with hundreds of satisfied customersMany companies selling these undergarments do not offer any type of exchange because this is an undergarment and it is simply unsanitaryWe also advise all of our customers how long for processing is before shippingUnfortunately, this customer did not look at our policies for shipping or exchanges before orderingWe also ALWAYS give waist measurement size recommendations if we are assisting a customer with sizing, as this undergarment goes around the midsectionThis customer had no proof that they were told to order this size and admitted that they did NOT measure their waistThey were extremely unreasonable in insisting that they were sent the wrong size, but were sent the size that they orderedIf we did give them a size suggestion, we would tell them to measure their waistlineWe are assuming they did not want to order the 4xl because plus sizes 4xl and over are $extraThey then proceeded to yell and use profanity regarding the restocking fee which they felt they should not have to pay although every other customer follows our simple exchange procedure and receives the perfect garment After being told we can give them a great discount on a new garment or we can discount the restocking fee $for their inconvenience, they screamed "This ain't no [redacted] negotiation" and were disconnected as they were completely rude, uncivil and unreasonableWe want all of our customers to have a high-quality garment that fits them and this is why we have our exchange policy in placeWe have done many exchange processes without a problem and with many satisfied and return customers

Again, our policy is clearly posted on our website and comes up at time of purchaseUnfortunately, we cannot make an exception to our policy because we have done many successful exchanges in the pastThis would be unfair to all the customers that have kindly paid and been satisfied with their productWe are a very customer service orientated company and have worked with numerous clients regarding finding them the perfect sizeWe are absolutely open to working with the customer regarding the exchange but it will not be done for free as this is clearly against our company procedureWe would like to set you up with a proper fitting garment and we know you will be satisfied with the quality and results from one of our garments, once you can wear itPlease contact us directly by phone or email, without any profanity or yelling, which is uncalled for as we are doing all we canWe are always doing our best to help out women from around the world and we would love to help you but company policy is as it stands

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I placed the order I never received no email With a tracking number I called days later and I asked her how much longer was it going to take to receive my merchandiseHer response was I've been too busy you'll get a tracking number tomorrow and you'll get the item in daysI was never told about any exchange policyWhen I receive the merchandise it was not even packed it was just put in a priority envelope from the post office and it wasn't even packed in plastic like when you order A new merchandiseThere was no receipt inside The envelope or no packing slipThe minute I opened it and saw it I knew it didn't even fitI called right away and no one answered the phone but I did leave a voice mail and no one even called me backI had to call the next day and that's when the male that answered the phone tells me I had to pay for A processing fee of $I want a full refund or exchange for the correct sizeI will mail the merchandise back to themHe was very rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked him why do I have to pay for a processing feeI have shopped on line for many years and never have had any issuesThey need to treat paying customers better In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We also ALWAYS give waist measurement size recommendations if we are assisting a customer with sizing, as this undergarment goes around the midsection.
