I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do rent from Fralin SP LLCI regret that whoever responded did not have any idea how long these issues have been going onI did speak with each party I indicated multiple times and have that documentationI have not been contacted regularly-the remarks made were simply falseThis has been a very poor experience with a businessJust at the end of last week I was contacted and told the work would begin this week weather pendingI certainly understand weather and that is fineThe other issues related to minor repaires that have been outstanding for months were partially fixed todaySo I believe that it is NOW looking like we will see results but in no way has it been timely and the comments made indicating I did not engage the business as I said is simply falseIt is ok to admit when something was not handled properly as long as you make it right Regards, Hope [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am rejecting this response because we sent the warranty letter back in September/October, before the day time frame was upWe then received a letter from R Fralin stating they had two weeks for someone to contact us in regards to fixing the issues of the housePlumbing and electricity is under the warrantyWe've already had contact about weeks after the requested issues to be fixed were sent to the companyWe have since had no contact with anyone regarding the water damageThe only contact we have gotten is a plumber who chalked both bathrooms, the contractor [redacted] (who is ignoring our calls and texts) and a man named [redacted] who chalked again and fixed the broken doorsWe need actual contact from the company on the phoneWe need a plan to fix these very important issuesSaying that the warranty was received and is at the callback department now makes zero sense, since we've already been in contact with the contractor months agoOur issue is we have not heard back after we were given a time from of a few days, back in November Regards, [redacted]

We have reviewed the warranty claim regarding the grade of the Buyers drivewayAs previously communicated, we maintain that we delivered a driveway that meets industry standards and is consistent with the lot that they purchasedHowever, we are committed to customer satisfactionAs a customer courtesy, we are willing to modify the existing driveway at our expense to provide additional accommodation for the low clearance vehicleSpecifically, we will cut the driveway to help ensure a consistent slope to the top of the drivewayThis should, in turn, help remedy the problem the Buyer has with the low clearance in one of their vehiclesWith this proposed action, we will consider this matter closed

Dear Revdex.com, Thanks for your correspondence regarding the matter identified as # [redacted] The tenant does not rent from the company you are writing Her agreement is with Fralin SP LLC And, the tenant has not had business interaction with the companies she sites on the letter On behalf of Fralin SP, I would like you to know we have scheduled the work for some time but weather has been uncooperative We were obviously not able to get in the yard this week due to weather We have had a representative constantly in touch with Ms [redacted] and will continue to keep her informed.Thank you

I do rent from Fralin SP LLC. I regret that whoever responded did not have any idea how long these issues have been going on. The plumber did contact me but it was during night hours in which I couldn't answer the call. I called the Plumber back the next day and yes he did come fix the pipe that was leaking. Now we are waiting to hear from you on when the contractor will be coming to patch up the hole cut out of our walls to fix the pipe and when painting will be done to fix where the water damaged the paint in two separate spaces in our home. The fact of the matter behind all of this is it has been lazily handled by your company in regards to having these issues that should never have been issues to begin with, be fixed. It's ridiculous it took 3 months to get a leaking pipe fixed and that you contacted the plumber to fix it last week after receiving these complaints from the Revdex.com.  It is also unprofessional of the company to wait until a complaint was filed to fix everything. We will be contacting the number you gave in regards to the electrical problems. But will need a reply now regarding your contractor coming to fix the dry wall and paint. According to the plumber our master shower now has to be removed due to the poor quality of it being put in.

To whom this may concern, The plumber was contacted several times and it is our understanding from the plumber that he had tried to contact Mr. [redacted] with no success. As of 1/18/2017 it is our understanding from Mr. [redacted] that the plumbing issues have been taken care of. If it is any different please let us know by calling our Warranty Callback Department. If there is still an electrical short please call us directly at ###-###-####. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused and we are committed to resolving the problem for our customer. We've already had contact about 3 weeks after the requested issues to be fixed were sent to the company. We have since had no contact with anyone regarding the water damage.
