I don't normally take the time to review businesses but everyone needs to be aware of there lack of service and quality.

We first found this company on the web. Communication goes back and forth and we finally agree on a price for clothing that they will be printing for us. We were guaranteed a deadline which was 30 days to have approximately 250 items to be printed and delivered.

To make a long story short. The items were not delivered until 67 days later, at which point, we had to make daily phone calls to check on the items and threaten to take legal action in order to get the items in. Having said that, only the partial order was complete. The payment arrangement like all other print shops was 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. Although we did not receive the full order, we were told we must make the remaining payment before we received the rest of the items. We refused to make the payment until all items have arrived and at that point, they sent our balance to a collection agency to collect payment for items not delivered.

End of the story is that we paid only for the items we received after negotiating with the collection agency. The product sent to us was horrible as well. The prints were not even aligned properly, logos and letterings were slanted and even words were mispelled.
