[redacted] I don't normally take the time to review businesses but everyone needs to be aware of there lack of service and quality We first found this company on the webCommunication goes back and forth and we finally agree on a price for clothing that they will be printing for usWe were guaranteed a deadline which was days to have approximately items to be printed and delivered To make a long story shortThe items were not delivered until days later, at which point, we had to make daily phone calls to check on the items and threaten to take legal action in order to get the items inHaving said that, only the partial order was completeThe payment arrangement like all other print shops was 50% deposit and 50% on deliveryAlthough we did not receive the full order, we were told we must make the remaining payment before we received the rest of the itemsWe refused to make the payment until all items have arrived and at that point, they sent our balance to a collection agency to collect payment for items not delivered End of the story is that we paid only for the items we received after negotiating with the collection agencyThe product sent to us was horrible as wellThe prints were not even aligned properly, logos and letterings were slanted and even words were mispelled [redacted]
