know his radio was not functioning properly. Up until that point we had had no problems with the radio in the vehicle & he did not notice any on his test drive. However, even though it was not covered under the warranty that came with the vehicle, we agreed to fix the radio at no cost to the customer. Since it was a Lincoln, we requested he take the car to the dealer to have it fixed. We supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle free of charge. The parts needed to fix the radio are on back order so we allowed the customer to keep the loaner vehicle, still at no cost, so he was not inconvenienced further. There was no indication the customer was anything but completely satisfied (& had expressed his gratitude several times) until we received this complaint.
