On Monday 07/09/I went to Big O Tires located on 7th street and baselineAround 11:pm to get an oil change on my ***I waited for about an hour and a halfAnd was called back up to the counter to speak about my air filterWhich I denied first but I went ahead and gave them the ok to do my air filterAbout 3hrs after I left Big O TiresMy car started to over heatWhich it has never done before until after having service done by themI called them as soon as my car overheated and was told to bring it in and also ask for ***And I told them I was not able to until the next dayWhich is today 07/10/When I got down there I spoke to ***We went outside to my car for him to see if he can assist the problemI was told by him that my car was over heating because I had no coolant and something dealing with my head gasketWhich was not the problemMy dad and boyfriend checked out the issue and it something totally differentAnd something simpleSo overal
