Diamond State Realty, Inc.

Review: Diamond State Realty, LLC purchased my home on August 5, 2013. I did not get a final reading on the fuel oil left in my tank prior to settlement and [redacted] the owner of Diamond State Realty told me that if I did get a final reading, that he would reimburse me for the oil remaining in the fuel oil tank. I then requested that DDM Energy do a final reading on my tank which they did and they left the final reading at my house for [redacted] to pick up. The approximate value of the fuel oil was $895.00. I emailed [redacted] but did not get a response. I then called [redacted] and he said he did not get the email and that I was to send another email to [redacted] which I did. As of today, I have not had any response back from [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a check for the value of the fuel oil that was remaining in the fuel tank at the time of sale of my house.

The check went out on Saturday. Legally a reading was never done before closing or included in the sales contract. I really

do not have to pay you anything. I did agree to send you the money and your check went out on Saturday. I appreciate

it you would remove the complaint by Tuesday.
