I am rejecting this response because: Diamond Truck Sales are scannersIf they chose to perform work after it was made clear to them that the deal was no going through, it is a cost they have to eatI have proof that no work was done Pryor to me stating I wanted to back outAnd they should not have performed any work before final documents were signedThis is a crooked tactic and I reject it

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from the acting agent saying Diamond Truck Sales was trying to go out of State to register the truck so when it was registered back in California it would not have a Salvage TitleTherefore they would've had full knowledge of the Title Thank You, [redacted] ***

Customer came in and purchased a truck from us as of May of this yearHe signed a sales contract and later backed outWe held the truck for him and kept it off the market to othersHe wanted his money back but since he signed a sales contract for his purchase this was not possible since there is no cooling off periodHe told us he wanted to hold off on his purchase until the end of the year Customer came back to us later in the year and wanted to use the deposit he left with us and decided to do the same thing by conducting another truck purchaseHe subsequently backed out again for the 2nd time and he was in contract for the 2nd timeHe has used up our shop time for repairs and inspection twice and has cost our company moneyHe has signed a contract stating he is not allowed to change his mind after the truck purchase There is nothing we can for him at this timeIf he ever does return to purchase another truck now or in the future we will gladly credit him

I am rejecting this response because: the truck broke down the same day we took it out of the yardtowing the truck to their yard will cost a lot of money that Diamond truck sales will not payI asked for their help to pay for the parts and they said noThey sold us a truck that had problems and now they don't want to help us

I am rejecting this response because:The main reason diamond truck sales never inspected the truck before you guys sell the warranty by law you guys need to inspection on it which you guys said that you did but that was statementI Actully got lucky that I bought warranty on that truck what if I never had warranty .if that's such small amount just simply pay for it

this customer took possession of their vehicle and was offered a warranty at the time of sale but they did not purchase a warranty and bought the vehicle as is however we are still trying to help the customerThey were advised to bring the vehicle back into our yard and we would assist them in necessary repairs they declined and stated they will get it fixed on their ownWe had tried assisting them but they refused our help

This client signed a sales contract agreeing to sales price and termsWe provided financing for her since she could not provide her ownShe stopped the financing process halfway through the process complaining the process took too long although she ignored our requests to come in a close out the loanHer sales contract states "There is no cooling off period unless a contract cancellation option has been purchased" She is not allowed to back out of a binding agreement once she signs itWe are willing to continue the purchase, we do not like to hold customers moneyWe sell many trucks and a lot of our business is through word of mouth where customers buy from us due to good experiences they have hadWe would like to extend that hand to this client and move forward with our initial agreement in the sale of the vehicle to herPlease, do reach out to me at your earliest convenience thank you

Dear [redacted] , You are claiming that we have sold you a junk truck and that you have had to fix the alternator the next morning after deliveryBut according to our records you had brought the truck back into our shop around days later and we have paid for the parts and labor for the repair of the AlternatorYou claim is completely and we have an invoice to back up repairs on your Alternator Secondly, your complaint consists of having a bad Cam Shaft and you calling our salesmen [redacted] and "told him of your situation." According to us you had demanded we pay your invoice from the mechanic shop because you are afraid the warranty company would not cover your repairsReason being [redacted] said he would get back to you is because of verification of your warranty coverage After he had gotten back to you, you were told that your warranty does cover the issues you were having with the Cam ShaftYour initial response to us was that the warranty company did not cover the full amount associated with the repairsThis morning on 05/08/we have spoken to the mechanic working on your truck and he stated that your warranty will cover $an hour for labor and your mechanic shop charges $an hour so you are responsible for the difference Now tying this in with your complaint/demand, you are requesting us to pay you $3,for the costs out of pocket expense you have to pay for We are still puzzled on where you have acquired this numberFor we have spoken to the mechanic and you are required to pay $an hour of difference for your labor (Parts are covered in full) and a $deductibleWe are including an invoice from your mechanic shop backing up our facts but according to your accusation and overestimated demands we have a good reason to believe you are being dishonest and using this complaint to deceive us Your desired settlement is that you want us to pay for the rest of the costs that the warranty will not cover and you came up with a figure of $3,however this is very inaccurate Enclosed invoice tells us you have to pay approx$out of pocket plus $deductible for your warranty deductible, however you are still demanding $3,Your claim is inaccurate and improper

I am attaching the contract that has been signed for your reviewIf you read on the contracts 6th signature down it states "There is no cooling off period unless you obtain a contract cancellation option" and it states under it in writing he cannot cancel this contractWe also offer the customer a contract cancellation option agreement which was also declinedSee attached This sales agreements denies the customers claim that they never purchased a truckThere claim that we "made them sign a contract" and came to "strictly look at inventory" is because they put money down towards their truck purchase and sign a sales contractThere is also a Due Bill/Work order made that states to "replace super singles" that alone costs our company for than $ We are at a loss with this customer by his work orders and taking his truck off the market for so longWe should be coming after him for losses, But instead we settled out differences which is why he ended up coming to us for the 2nd time

Once again, the truck was supposed to be part in and repaired by our shop but it was not so therefore we cannot reimburse customer for services done without our approval

I am rejecting this response because:We had the possession of the truck for less than hoursIt broke down within the miles of driving after it was in the shop for plus daysFrom March 13th to starting of Apriland ever since that its been in the shop its April 29th today I just spoke with the guy who's fixing the truck after putting the injectors in it still has the same problem.It's great that they are funding for all the repairs but this is already the 5th or the 6th problem they'd fixed still more to comeDon't they suppose to have all the problems and issues resolved before selling anything? Without even driving this truck we've already made insurance payments all dmv fees our truck payment is due on may 1stWe're making all these payments without making a single dollar on this truck.This repair need to stop at some pointIt can't just keep on goingDealer doesn't even bother to call us I have to all them and find out even then I have to all few times before I get hold of right personEither he's dealing with customer or on lunchEverytime I call they tell me it's going to be fixed end of the day, next day or day after.Just get me my refund for this truck then they will have all the time in the world to fix this truck
