NO, actually that is inaccurate the money was not to replace the USB plug There is no plug available "as sold" during purchase It was to have a FM modulator installed to fulfill,(not exactly, but acceptable)and fix what THEIR salesman falsely claimed during the time of saleThe cost is 300...and I was offered half, after much stress and complaining...as well as I did the leg work to find out how to correct their staff members mistakeSo essentially, I am exactly where I was before, unsatisfied at the sales practices of this particular dealerAnd again not offered what is due to a LONG time multi care customer at this dealer...I should not have to cover the cost of their staff's mistake and that seems to be their expectation Thanks,

We charged her $for her yr vehicle replacement product she purchased in financeI left a voicemail to [redacted] to call me back and I would go over her contract in depth with her and also explain any charges or products she purchased at the time of her sale date of July 7th 2016......thank you and we would love to make [redacted] a happy satisfied guest of Diamond Valley Honda[redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:   The offers made by [redacted] @ Diamond Valley Honda only further financially benefits the dealership and costs me more money.  I'm not interested in the lease he recommended with an offer of $8000 credit for the car I just paid $11,000 for.  Nor am I willing to purchase another used car from this dealership where I again have to pay $2000 plus - in tax and license fees, and lose the $3000 in the difference from the $11,000 plus tax and license I've paid.  Mr. [redacted] (the dealership) kept telling me the car had depreciated because I had driven it the last 4 months, when in-fact, I bought the car on July 7, 2016 and I'm just now approaching the 3rd month of ownership.  Had the dealership called me back the first week of my buying the car, there would not be significant depreciation.  In addition, I never received the license plates for this car and I was told by [redacted] at the dealership that she 'mailed' the plates to me on August 20th.  I advised [redacted] that the plates were not reported stolen via the DMV.  She said she would order new plates and it would be another 4 to 8 weeks before I receive them.  Today, Sept. 29, 2016, I called DMV and was advised that [redacted] CANNOT re-order the plates for me, that "the sale is complete and only DMV can now re-issue me new plates and 2017 stickers."  I now have to go to DMV and get new plates/sticker. This dealership needs to be shut down. I do not want this complaint closed yet.

This letter is in response to case # XXXXXXXX.
Mrs. [redacted] purchased an automobile at our establishment on October 5th,2015. When the deal was made we in fact contracted her at 13.54% APR and the deaf did...

include an after market security system at an additional cost.
Upon submitting the application to the bank, the bank determined that she did not qualify for the full amount of the loan including the after market security system and the APR of 13.54%.
We contacted Mrs. [redacted] and we let her know the terms of the new contract for which she was approved for. In order to comply to the banks terms she needed to give a down payment of $500 dollars or she needed to deactivate the after market security system to fall in line with the banks approval. In order to avoid coming up with the additional $500 as a down payment she chose to deactivate the after market security system.
Mrs. [redacted] was giver the option of signing the new contract with the new terms she was approved for or the option of cancelling the sale. Mrs. [redacted] agreed to the new terms,signed the contract and kept her vehicle.
Here at Diamond Valley Honda we strive to make our customers happy regardless of credit challenges and are transparent and open about all of our guest's options.

[redacted] PURCHASED HIS VEHICLE IN JULY 2016 AND HIS GAP AND SERVICE CONTRACT COVERAGE HAD BEEN IN EFFECT FOR OVER 1 YEAR. WE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE COVERAGE ONCE MR. [redacted]...

COMPLETED THE NECESSARY CANCELLATION PAPERWORK. LBS FINANCIAL HAS THE LIEN ON MR. [redacted] VEHICLE. SINCE THERE IS A LIEN WE ARE OBLIGATED TO SENT THE CANCELLATION REFUND TO THE LIEN HOLDER TO REDUCE THE LOAN. WE SENT LBS FINANCIAL A TOTAL OF $1667.46. THIS AMOUNT IS THE PRO-RATED CANCELLATION REFUND. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. THANK YOU.
