MrB***r, Again, you have seen the hours of filings and contact with your insurance company As was stated to you in February of the year you purchased your instruments, your insurance stated and we have verified this was stated, they would cover UP TO 2,per ear of your policy We stated at that time we would file a claim on your behalf for your reimbursement You agreed to thisWe have contacted your insurance on several occasions and there is nothing more to any story than the two page letter we submitted to Revdex.com and your review of your accusationsAt this time, your issue is with your insurance company for their actions and not ABC Hearing Aids Its unfortunate you are unable to express this in our office when you come for your maintenance and service or during the numerous times our office has contacted you for follow up in that week on your individual claim

I understand what ABC hearing sad. It has been over five months, and have seen nothing at this pointI don't feel ABC hearing is giving me the full story I repeat, the ONLY reason I bought these hearing aids is because *** had checked my insurance and
