October 12„ [redacted] .Reference: 10-# [redacted] To Whom it May Concern;The consumer listed in the case did buy property from our company in August ofThe IVISL enclosedAs you can see on the 1\listing, we: did say"Pond on property can be filled with well water"That was to indicate since weWere still in a drought condition, it was still allowed for ponds to be filled using .Well located on property without restrictionsit does not guarantee that the wellcan be used for long periods of time to fill up the pondi.I have also attached page of the "One to Four Family Residential Contract"where buyer was excepting property as isHe did have VA inspection done andwe completed everything on that inspectionThe home could not close withoutthe approval of the VA.Also attaching an Aqua water report which the buyer had done before closing toshow there was no Coliform found in the well water.It Is our understanding that a neighbor or someone told him.that the well servicewe used (company who installed new well), was just out to take our moneyhave all the documentation attachedto show that it was not this well service thatinspected and collapsed the old wellWe went with our well service contractorbecause they could get out there within weeksWhen the original well companycouldn't do it for WeeksWe had tenants in the home that did not want to leaveand so we went with our contractor who has done several maintenance jobs onwells on other property we own and knew his servicePoint is that even if he hadtaken out money unnecessarily, this Would be between the contractor, BetterBusinessBureau and us and not a concern of the new owner.The State of Texas well report to show the completion of the well is alto attached.As you can see on the well report, the well tested jetted, yielding GPMwithft drawdown after hoursThat shows the well worked well for severalhours.I do know the buyer is so overly concern with the water that he has modified thewell and put a massive filteration system on the wellOnce he began to modifythe well, no guarantees, if any existed,Would be applicable.We have completed everything: that Was.required from us; sold a property thatpassed all VArequirementsWe: do not understand what is expected of us or whya complaint has been written'against :us as the buyer has lived in the home forover a year.Sincerely, [redacted] CQ ntroller/PartnerDiamond Willow Properties, LLC [redacted]
