Diamond Wireless (DW) is violating their own "Wireless Service Agreement" by charging me a $fee for early termination of my wireless service
Upon receipt of DW's debt letter, I responded promptly and asked them to provide evidence of the alleged debt They mailed me a copy of the 4-page service agreement (that I signed)I reviewed the agreement and the service agreement states "Customers who have received a discount and then have an interruption or termination of their service agreement with *** Wireless before days agree to the following terms:" "Customer further hereby agrees to pay Diamond an early cancellation fee of $per service line..."
The 4-page agreement included a copy of the original invoice; the invoice clearly showed that I didn't receive any discounts from DW; both the "Discount %" and the "Total Discount" columns in the invoice are blank Based on the service agreement, since I didn't receive a discount, the early termination fees do not appl

I recently had a positive visit with a Verizon kiosk employee at the Tucson mall named *** *** helped me and my fiancée upgrade are data rate for no addition cost to our monthly bill on behalf of available updated service plans we were not aware of thank you KJ for protecting your clients sincerely *** **

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was very disappointed to see this response because as far
as I'm concerned, I still think consumers should be warned about A-Wireless in
Broomfield (formerly Diamond Wireless). When I started the process of fixing my broken iPhone 6, the
sales person at A-Wireless explained two options: 1) use the insurance that I
was paying $per month for and have the iPhone fixed or replaced for free
or 2) pay $to replace my broken phone with an iPhone 6sI chose the latter
option and was instructed to send the broken phone back to ***After
returning the broken phone, as instructed by A-Wireless, I received my first
bill from *** and learned that I was being charged $for a new iPhone
6s.I was able to return the iPhone 6s to A-Wireless with the
assistance of the Store ManagerHowever, as I tried to exercise my other
option, I was told that it was not a free replacement, but that there would be
a $deductible. This was contrary to
what I had just been told by A-Wireless, who were the ones that sold me the
insurance planAt this point I had little choiceI had already returned my
broken phone as instructed by A-Wireless, but under the pretenses that I
was replacing it for $Had I still had the broken phone, I could have paid a
repair shop $to fix itInstead, I now had to pay $deductible to replace
it. The incorrect information given to
me by A-Wireless has cost me a lot of money and tremendous aggravationWhen the A-Wireless/Diamond Wireless Customer Server
Representative called me to resolve the Revdex.com claim, I was not provided any
help. I explained the situation and his
repeated response was, "So you don't need anything from me" as if he
was in a hurry to to get off the phoneAn actual Customer Service
Representative would have been concerned about my being misled into paying $
by either a badly trained or intentionally deceptive employee and would have
researched the possibility of reimbursing me for the money under the
circumstances.I am cutting my losses with A-Wireless, but I do want this
complaint to stand so that consumers look for a better choiceI have every
reason to believe that this will happen to other customers on the future
Sincerely,
*** ***

Do not shop here. They will lie in your face to make a sale. They will try to manipulate the plans to make them seem cheaper that what they really are. If you want a Verizon phone go to an actual Verizon store. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE GUYS!!

Review: Early June I was shopping at [redacted] and a woman came up to me in the store and asked me to check out the new [redacted] promotion.

I was looking to add a line for my son and she said they had a deal.

I spoke to Everett and he said I would get a $200 account credit to my [redacted] bill if I added a line.

[redacted] had the same promotion at the time so I figured it was legitimate and would be easier to keep on all our lines on one bill.

Everett told me that it was not a rebate and the credit will appear on my statement in a few months.

My son ended up exchanging phone within the time frame allowed (It was the Galaxy Note and he exchanged form IPhone 6). This transaction was done by the manager Rich I[redacted] who said it would not impact the promotion –the promotion was for adding the line.

I came in several times and both Rich I[redacted] and Everett said it could take up to 2- 3 months.

In beginning September Everett told be to wait an additional 2 weeks –I made him call up [redacted] to see status of account credit (which he did not want to do I had to beg him).

[redacted] had no pending credit –and told him that was not the offer at the time.

Everett promised that he would discuss with his manager to get the credit since he sold me the phone with the promise of the credit and get back with me on 2 weeks.

He never did—I went back to store where he told me his manager has been on vacation and he needed another week or two ---and he would call me.

He never called me I went back to the store October 12 and Everett was not there.

My husband went in today October **, 2015—Everett first tried to tell him he was not the one who sold be the phone—blatant lie. Then he said I was supposed to mail in a rebate—another lie.

He gave my husband a mail in rebate form and told him to mail it in and he would get the $200 rebate. When my husband got to the car he noticed that the rebate offer expired in June 2015.

My husband went back to the store and Everett gave him the Managers number Rich I[redacted]—the phone goes directly to voice mail—no call back.

Summary

Everett at Diamond Wireless lied to get my business—FRAUD Claims

Horrible customer service.

Kept telling me to wait and to wait because it is with his manager for review. Everett never called me back—I had to waste my lunches and would go after work to reach him.

They are completely wrong and will not do anything to correct it. Everett promised the credit and the company is not doing anything to honor there mistake.Desired Settlement: $200.00 credit to my account as promised

Review: We purchased this phone via online on or about 12/[redacted]/13. The phone arrived with a broken battery cover. I contacted Diamond Wireless and was assured that they would send me a new battery cover. The phone we bought is silver. They sent me a black cover. Okay. I found a closer match cover and purchased it from another vendor. Almost one month to the day we started using the telephone, it stopped working. I contacted Diamond wireless got a one line reponse, I again stated the problem and never heard from them again. They misrepresented their phones as new when in actuality it is refurbished. That is what the local repair man who looked at the phone told me.Desired Settlement: I would like a new phone or they can refund me the money that I paid them and I will return the phone.
