***Sirs:On Feb I stopped at the Verizon Wireless phone booth in the Arnot Mall located in Horseheads NY. ( Diamond Wireless NY
Arnot Mall Chambers Rd Horseheads NY 14845) At that time I was asking a question about my phone and was told that I was for apromotional dealWhich was a new smart phone plus $dollars worth of extras. I said I had no use for a new phone and was not interested in spending any more money. I was told this was a free dealI would not pay any more, no cost to me. I listened to the salemans pitch, a number of times I ask again, this is no cost to meI must admit the salesman was a salesmanHe convinced me there were no charges, and wrote up a sales agreement( enclosed as item # 1).He had me sign a form and at that time once again stated that this was no cost to me. The next day I had to return to the booth for some instructions on using the new phoneIn fact I returned time in the following week and finally told them I was not happy and wish to return the phone and extra itemsI was told I could not do that as my old phone was gone, I asked how that happened and was told someone sent my phone inAgain I questioned about the billing and was told there was no chargeLater that month stopped at the Verizon store located in another part of the mall and was told that the Mall booth was not a Verizon dealer that they were the Diamond Wireless Co only sold Verizon phones. My first month bill showed a increase of$So I went to Verizon to find out whyThey said it was the price of the new phone and would be paymentsAnd that they again were not Able to correct the problem with Diamond WirelessI returned to the Mall and again Diamond said that the $was a service charge and only a one time thingAgain I was assured there would not be any further charge. Enclosed are three sets of paper work that I have recEIved from VerizonI did not get any copy of anything the day I got the phoneThey just put everything in a bag and handed it to me. I thought that a copy of what ever I signed was in there and not big deal because there was to be NO chargeThere was no copy of any agreement enclosed in the bag ... Following items obtained by Verizion Phone company NOT Diamond.# sale agreement From Diamond Wireless Shows NO charge total $0.00# a RET AIL contract that Verizon store got for me from Diamond Showing a agreement to pay for the phonePLEASE NOTE the signature.# Another customer agreement obtained from Diamond through Verizon store which shows my signature Which it my writing but I believe it was added from my signature on the NON payment formAll in all I believe it was a bait and switch as I understand the salesmen are paid on commission I am not sure that Shawn H*** ever saw the form with my signature as she was suppose to sign the Customer agreement alsoI also believe they phonied up the Retail Installment agreement as I can say I NEVER SIGNED that as you can see by the signature on it. I also wonder if either Shawn or Markas A*** (sales person shown on# 1) are still employed .I only want any money I have paid in and the remainder removed from my future bills.*** ***
