am rejecting this response because: Diamondback got the wrong order number with their response100% sureTo whoever responded to my complaint, please double check the order number and dates of transactionsFailAnyways, I got the label hours after I sent my initial complaintI Printed the label the next day, and sent it thru fed ex the same day I printed the return labeli am just waiting for my refund at this timePlease just make sure you refund to the right customer, thats me, and triple check the order numberThanks a lot.

Item was shipped back on 6/15/17 via the label we sent on 6/15/17. https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/index.html?tracknumbers=[redacted]  Item was delivered back to Accell on 6/16/17, and the refund was issued the same day as well.
