Diamondback charges top dollar and outsources all the work for a lower rate to people doing poor work and no one Supervising the work being done, I had Multiple items broken as they threw myself from one place to another.they just unlock your door,let them in and leaveTook over months of fighting everyday over poor work or just nothing getting doneHouse looks worse than before the stormIt's been just a few months and the ceiling are all starting to crackI am very sad that people can conduct business this way and just not careThey are real sales people don't listen and don't waste your money or time

Took over 6 months of fighting everyday over poor work or just nothing getting done. House looks worse than before the storm. It's been just a few months and the ceiling are all starting to crack. I am very sad that people can conduct business this way and just not care. They are real sales people don't listen and don't waste your money or time..

In a word, wow. Wow, what a great customer experience. Wow, what a professional job. Wow, what a transformation for our home. We had no idea what to expect when our home was struck with hail damage in April of 2016. We knew that the damage was pretty bad, and that repairs were needed, but how to deal with the insurance company and contractors was something we just had no experience with. Enter Diamondback and Mike Lee. The very first day we met with Mike our minds were at easy. It was as if we were dealing with a family member. Mike explained the process and everything we should expect to happen. His speaking plainly, clearly and truthfully helped me have a peace about the entire process to come, right from the start. Mike and team met with the insurance company, at my home, at the time of the adjustment. Mike made sure that he personally introduced each subcontractor who was doing work on our home. Mike inspected the work and made sure that each subcontractor completed the work to Diamondback standards (which are pretty high). Needless to say that Mike and team have been there every step of the way. Mike was the primary reason our experience with Diamondback was exceptional. Most importantly to me, was that he was always in constant contact, even when the next step was just to wait for subcontractors to become available to work. There was some wait since the entire DFW area was struck with significant hail damage. The wait, however, was well worth it. Our home's exterior is completely transformed. Not just better than before, but beyond what I expected, this is what is called Diamondback standards, a standard of excellence. Thank you Mike and Diamondback. Wow.
