I have been running a non-profit Dog Rescue in Phoenix for several years. I have worked with many local vets as well. Every interaction I have had with Diamondback has been exceptional. Their staff is always eager to help in any way and they never keep any of my dogs in need waiting.

I've also had to treat 2 of my personal dogs, one with Hemolytic Anemia and the other with severe arthritis and my medicines were so much cheaper here.

Most recently, one of the amazing staff members actually paid out of their own pocket and personally donated a drug we desperately needed to treat a very serious condition for a dog we rescued from the streets and would have died without.

I really think people need to understand that dealing with sick pets is stressful in and of itself- let's try not to take it out on the service providers and pharmacies who are here to help.

Diamondback will ALWAYS have my continued, loyal business.

I have been dealing with this company since the price of Flucozanole skyrockted at regular pharmacies and am 90% happy. There phone wait times are horrible since outsourcing, I used to be able to call and someone always answered. Probably due to growth of company. Once in awhile they tell me my card was denied even tho there was plenty on it, so that is very frustrating to me. I order from out of state now and it takes a little longer to get, very seldom w/in the 5 day promised. I even paid for the quicker shipping and still received in 5 days. Overall, I will continue to use due to compounding where I am is 6 times the price, UGH!

The communication and customer service here is absolutely terrible. You would think with something as important and time sensitive as a pets medication they would take their jobs a little more seriously. Every time I've had to refill my dogs prescription here it's been a hassle. I'm told it's ready multiple times only to drive all the way down there to find out it's in fact not ready. Then quoted another time it will be ready. When I call to verify it's actually ready before making the drive I sit on hold for 20 mins only to find out it's still not ready. Apparently it takes a week to fill a prescription? There's always wait once there to pick it up as the employees are always scrambling to find the prescriptions for EVERY customer in the line. You would think they would have a system, but there appears to be no organization anywhere within this company. I don't think the savings is worth the hassle and I'm no longer sure I trust such incompetent people handle my pets medication.
