Review: I purchased a piece of exercise equipment from a mail order company in september of 2014. It arrived with a defect. Within a week I notified the company (Diamondback Fitness) and was told parts will be shipped, this was Sept. 9/23/20l4. I again contacted the company on or about
mid october and was told the part should arrive by mid-december. I again called the company on January 5 and was informed that the parts are just not available. When I questioned the company representative as to their warranty policy he said he didn't know and then ended the
conversation.
I can't understand how a warranty is not honored by this company. I would greatly appreciate your inquiry into this unfortunate matter.
