Review: They came out to a Rental property that I own to fix a broken AC. I told them that they need to call me and tell me how much the repair would be. They finished with their work called me AFTER the work has been completed and told me it was going to be 480 dollars and they finished the work. WHAT? An amazing lack of communication. I have tried to resolve this with the company directly. They have told me a manager is going to call me on a certain day and they never call. Again with the lack of communication and also a lack of caring about my issue.Desired Settlement: I never agreed to pay what I got charged for. They need to apologize and give me a big discount. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

This work was done on the 4th of July when the office was closed. The suppervisor on call was not told that this was a rental, let alone that he wanted to be called when tech was on site. The technician got a signature on the invoice to authorize service before he began, thinking they were the owner. After the work was complete, the technician got a credit card number from this person for payment. It was not until the following Monday that [redacted] called to say not to run that credit card because it was his tenant and he was the owner. Only then did he say he was supposed to be called and didn't authorize the work. He complained of the charges and asked to speak to the suppervisor. The suppervisor did call him back and explained that our hourly rate is $89.00 an hour, that the technician was there for two hours, plus a $49.00 holiday charge. [redacted] said he thought it was too high and wanted a discount. The suppervisor said he could take off the $49.00 holiday charge, but we could not discount it any further. The invoice minus the holiday charge was e-mailed to him with a credit card authorization for to be filled out, signed and sent back for payment. [redacted] wrote that amount onto the form and signed it authorizing payment on the 15 of July and we ran the credit card. We sent him a receipt and have not heard from him since. We have attatched all documentation regarding this transaction.

Called this company who had worked on my rental unit before,

only to be told, after more than 30 days of waiting, that they could not find the part(s) any more because the unit was no longer manufactured, even though three years earlier they replaced the same part. Now all they tell me is I have to get a new unit or call someone else. My rental property still has no heat and my tenants are cold ... I called them in November 2014; they told me last week, end of December 2014, that they could not help me. I think this is deplorable and not acceptable.
