Me and my husband were searching and planning for a long time to get the wedding rings we wanted Of course we wanted the style and design that we chose but we also considered the longevity of our decision and purchase satisfaction I must say, Diamondere really worked with us to get the design and look that we wanted Even though we made several changes on our part and countless emails back and forth, the staff were very patient and made sure they created 100% the rings we discussed The custom work was finalized, we made the order and waited patiently To our surprise, it arrived fairly fast and the packaging was very nice When we finally opened the ring box, all we could feel was customer satisfaction We owe this satisfaction to the patience, hard-work, and craftsmanship that Diamondere provided We definitely recommend buying from them and working with them to get exactly the ring you want Thank you Diamondere!

My experience with Diamondere has been wonderful My fiance and I decided to start looking at engagement rings in August I wasn't finding anything I wanted in our local stores as I knew I wanted a colored stone verse traditional diamond Luckily, I stumbled upon Diamondere as they're one of few jewelers who work with Morganite stones After nearly emails, we requested a custom wedding set including a 6.5x(~carat) center stone Once the ring was finalized, it was off my brain as it was shipped to my fiance When he proposed in October, I couldn't believe my eyes as I'd never seen the ring in-person IT WAS STUNNING I was so excited to add the wedding bands in July when we got married The wedding set is spectacular!! We get so many compliments as it's so unique with the Morganite stone I would highly recommend working with *** and ***!!! Thank you ladies **

Wonderful rings, the quality is amazingI never expected it to come with all of the certifications and such a beautiful boxThe only thing is that they should use FedEx for shipping, not USPS

I received the custom designed Jean rings I ordered and they were really beautiful and are exactly as I had expected them to be!!! I had more than conversations via e-mail with ***, the Diamondere representative, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful to me in selecting the band width, diamonds, etc., and the end result were the perfect rings that will be use as wedding bands *** assisted me in completing my custom order and ensuring that all the specifications I wanted were included When the rings were delivered I also very pleased with the packaging, the individual presentation boxes and certifications too!
