TFirst we want to apologize for the inconveniences you experiencedWe are not sure what you mean by "shady characters' this term is rather general but if you would of walked up to the front desk we would responded to suchOur staff & local police who patrol regularly all work pro active to keeping our guest safe..Also, our Inn has one of the best pest control companies contracted to prevent bugsThey have done a good job keeping us pest free for years, that is why we continue with their serviceWe called them to spray the entire building after you first mentioned it to us in your other complaintAnd last as far as the phones, ATT is installing a new fiber optic phone circuit for our Inn and we were without phones in the rooms during your stay, which is why the desk clerk is suppose to mention, if you need anything please contact the front deskIf the room was not to your liking, you could of simply walked up to the desk and the clerk would of gladly given you a new room in a different buildingBut you chose to just leave without giving our Inn the chance to resolve your issuesOur Inn has the same refund policy as all major chain hotels....if their is a problem with your room you must first give the hotel the opportunity to resolve the issue"We do have someone at the front desk 24/to assist guests as our camera showsAgain she would of moved you to one of our other buildings with a new room We do thank you very much for your comments which help us to continue to improve our Inn
