keeping our guest safe..Also, our Inn has one of the best pest control companies contracted to prevent bugs. They have done a good job keeping us pest free for years, that is why we continue with their service. We called them to spray the entire building after you first mentioned it to us in your other complaint. And last as far as the phones, ATT is installing a new fiber optic phone circuit for our Inn and we were without phones in the rooms during your stay, which is why the desk clerk is suppose to mention, if you need anything please contact the front desk. If the room was not to your liking, you could of simply walked up to the desk and the clerk would of gladly given you a new room in a different building. But you chose to just leave without giving our Inn the chance to resolve your issues. Our Inn has the same refund policy as all major chain hotels....if their is a problem with your room you must first give the hotel the opportunity to resolve the issue". We do have someone at the front desk 24/7 to assist guests as our camera shows. Again she would of moved you to one of our other buildings with a new room. We do thank you very much for your comments which help us to continue to improve our Inn..

I am rejecting this response because: this place is apparently notoriously known for shady buisness and known for a lot of drug trafficking going in and out of the place. I have Reported you to the health board and I have will never return to this shady place. Your front desk wasn’t too worried about answering the phone when I called And when I walked Up she acted like she didn’t hear the phone when it was 3 am. II’ll continue to make sure everyone is aware of this place. Regardless if it’s social media or not.
