I do not have enough good things to say about Diamond Mansion (DM)My Fiance and I worked almost exclusively with Dino and he was phenomenalDino did everything to help us from start to finishI had recurrent payment errors while trying to purchase the ring, and DM reached out to me first to assist me as they could see electronically I was having troubleAfter a great deal of unsuccessful troubleshooting as to why the ring could not be purchased Dino helped to establish a personalized resolutionNext after my fiance received the ring, it was too largeDM resized it for free (the ring is platinum so that is a huge expense)After receiving the ring after the first resizing it still did not fit rightWe spoke with Dino and he told us stability balls were the best option based on the problems we were having and the ring itselfDino charged us a fraction of the cost of other companies (we price checked)All we did was pay for shipping and they took care of everythingI am THRILLED to now say that not only is the ring BEAUTIFUL and unique, but we are so happy to have purchased the ring through DMI recommend them to everyone I possibly canFrom purchase, to payment, to troubleshooting, to follow up- DM and Dino surpassed our expectations in every wayWhile I won't be in the market for an engagement ring ever again- I would use and suggest DM again and again and again
