October 7, 2015Dear [redacted] ;This is the response letter to complaint ID [redacted] .Due to the fact that the lenses had been customized with [redacted] prescription lense that were improperly cut and did not fit into the frames properlyAnd if *** [redacted] was not happy with the design we told him we would redo this job but chose not to lets us do thatFurthermore we reached out to [redacted] on numerous occasionsI personally have called him, the store owner has called him numerous time but [redacted] does not communicate with us If [redacted] talks to us we can find some common ground and come to a settlement If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Regards, Fayez JStore Manager

September 9, 2015This is the response letter to complaint ID [redacted] .We have contacted Revdex.com on numerous occasions to get this matter settledWe have even reached out to [redacted] directlyI understand That [redacted] had a complaint against the level of service he received at out store and was reached out to twice by the store owner to get the matter resolved [redacted] came in to have some sunglasses customizedWe gave [redacted] the price and he agreed and we accepted the jobNow [redacted] already had the glasses; customized with prescription lenses, but he did not mention that to usAs we agreed with [redacted] we were going to put diamonds on the glassesNow when the job was started we were told that [redacted] prescription lenses were not cut in the right dimensions so they did not fit the frames the proper way Our jeweler finished the job but it was not what [redacted] had anticipated So we had our jeweler redo the work to satisfy [redacted] *** After all said and don't [redacted] didn't like the job and insisted that I refund him 50% of the price of the customization At which point I told him that I can compensate him but not up to that magnitude [redacted] walked out of the store with his merchandise and never tried to contact us again, and when we reached out to him he never replied to any of our messagesIf you should have any questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Regards, Fayez JStore Manager

This Is a response to complaint ID ***The customer took her jewelry to a pawn shop if she wanted to find out about the real value of the product she purchased she should have taken it to a reputable jewelry appraiserAlso the customer was told if a reputable jeweler gives her a written
