Review: On 9/5/2014 I went to Diamonds By Chainery Jewelry Store with my 2 grandaughters + grandson to look at mountings for a ring. I had a loose Diamond I was in the store for about 20 min the sales associate checked the diamond said what a nice stone it was and took me to the mountings that I fitted the loose stone I had. We found the mounting I told him I was going to go get the money for the mounting but when I walked out of the store we looked at the Diamond because it looked smaller the than what I had brought into the store. We looked at it and there was a CL itched in the stone. I went back to the store and told them they had switched stones on me. I called the Mall Protection service and we called the police.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace or pay for my stone (diamond) that they took.
