these are allegations made by this woman ,I have not replaced her diamond with a lower grade ,Our business has been years in the same location and served thousands of customers.we are a family based operation and tried to give the best of serviceShe phoned me at a later day and said she took her ring to another jeweller and their is a dicrepency in the colour grading,I politely said to her adiamond does not change colour specialy appxcoloures down ,but next time you are in town bring it to me and let me check it,I even spoke to her husband and explained to him that a small business trives on its good service and builds a good reputation and its not worth at any cost to do .I am seeking council and I will make sure that this woman is brought to justice at any cost.thankyou verageID:
