hi everyonemr *** purchased a 14k gold chain about a year back in 2014.he called me year later to tell me that he went to a chain store somewhere in colorado to have the chain fixed and was told that the chain is not real.I adivised him of our strict standards regarding gold content since were in
the jewelry business for the last years AND WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY, IF ITS NOT WHAT WE SAID IT IS..I advise him to send that chain back to me so I can fix and check for the gold content or take it to a reputable jeweler .few days later he called me and told me that the chain is not real and he needs money back.I explain it to him that we are in the jewelry bussiness for the last years and never had such an issue but I would love to see the chain and do some testing for my own reputation and for his satisfaction.we send the chain to different testing labs (specialized thermal imaging) to see the content of the chain.turns out to be solid 14k GOLD .I called mr *** back with all the details and the printed copy of the verificaton but mr *** REFUSES TO ACCEPT and being very RUDE over the phone and hang upwhat mr *** dont know that 14k gold has 58-59% gold content NOT 100% gold .100% gold is too soft to make any kind of jewelry .10k and 14k gold is the mostly karat gold sold in the jewelry marketand his chain was sold as 14K GOLD CHAINI offer mr *** the verification certificate but before that he hangup the phone after using extremely bad languagei will still gladely give his mother( who dropped the chain off at store) the certification of authenticity of being solid 14kGOLD chain, sold as 14K GOLD and by the way their was no repair needed on the chain since that was the whole story of findings (not gold) by MR ***?????

The chain failed 3 seperate acid tests performed by reputable jewelers.I'm not interested in this businesses garbage information.Bottom line is that the chain is not 14K as sold.If in fact it was 14k it would pass the acid test and have appropriate markings.
See attached acid test results performed by a certified jeweler.This business is not Revdex.com accredited and has a D rating.As far as I'm concerned they are liars and crooks

I was given the option of a new set or a new band. The original pieces picked out were one of a kind and custom to my liking. They are irreplaceable. When I went to the business, a new band was already picked out for me. I didn't get the option like I was offered. The replacement band needs sized and I do not feel comfortable taking it back to be sized, I had bought an extended warranty for an additional $130, and feel I am unable to utilize the services.
