This is ***, one of the owners at Diamonds Limousine. I did speak with *** and explained that from the date we opened the barn that we have always taken reservations on a first come, first served bases. The date of our open house did change and we sent out an e flyer to
all***'s date did get booked with a couple that called in and placed a deposit before the open house. I felt bad and offered a different dates that were openThey decided not to take another date. I then offered a discount on limousine service and provided a $discount and the full wedding package. *** seemed happy but after he spoke with his fiancé, she decided they did not want limousine service. ***'s deposit was returned to their credit card on April 6th. I recently filed a complaint with your office and I have included the email I received from you below. I was contacted by Debbie from Diamond’s Limousine who agreed to reimburse me $as requested to settle the Revdex.com complaint and settle the matter. I accepted this resolution as it is

   Our office staff responded to this saying that the owner was not available and was out of town. Also stated that when the owner ( myself ) returned to town that they would be contacted and we would find a solution to this situation.  I've just returned back and found that the...

ac was working when leaving our garage and yes something happened during the service and it stopped working there was a problem with the air conditioning.  I do not know exactly what the problem was and will be looking into this, this coming week.  Please let our guest know, something will be done to rectify this.  Thank  you for bringing this to our attention.  Sincerely, Duane

Just wanted to get right back to you, just like we do with all of our guests.  We are traveling at this time and will answer this when we get back to our office this coming week.  To my knowledge our guests was definitely aware that we did not have a vehicle for their party and we had to...
