I had to resort to filing a claim with *** to force a refund of the itemNot only were there stones missing, but the sizing was incorrectIf the modificiation I asked for is incorrect and the item was damaged due to seller's irresponsibility and therefore having to be returned, why would I have to pay for the item and its modification?? I am still requesting a refund for the modification (sizing)
