Review: My mom purchased a [redacted] for this company's cleaning services and she gave it to me as a gift. I first attempted to set up an appointment through the company's website. The first issue is that they charged me an additional $10 to make the appointment which was not supposed to happen according to the [redacted] certificate. Then the day of my scheduled appointment I received an email saying that the cleaners had been in a car accident and would have to reschedule. I called to reschedule for the next morning. Then the next morning I get an email stating that they can't make the appointment because they were already booked for that time. So I call to reschedule again and make an appointment for the following Monday. I get an email Monday morning that the cleaning crew assigned to my house was from Washington DC and they'd have to reschedule once again to get someone out of the Richmond office which is where I live. The customer service is outrageous. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and they are even less responsive to email. I will request my money back from [redacted] today, and I have emailed the cleaning service and requested a refund of my $10. I have read other reviews of this cleaning service on yelp.com and I am not the only person who has had the same problems with this company.Desired Settlement: I want my $10 back from this company and I want others to know not to do business with them. I will have my mom contact [redacted] to get a refund of her $49.00.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for their cleaning service in San Diego. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, they did not show up, did not call, did not email or contact me in any way. I have tried calling the phone number listed on their website and across the internet and am not able to get ahold of anyone. Beyond the $25 I spent on the [redacted], there was a $10 processing fee on their website to schedule the appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like my $35.00 back.
